Staying healthy outside is just as important as maintaining a balanced diet and keeping the internal combinations right. Neglect of our body's skin, hair, teeth eyes and physical fitness have an enormous effect on how we feel about life, our relatiuonships, and even our mental well-being can be seriously affected as well.
In this hectic world, it is so easy to overdo it. Even something as simple as sun-baking can so easily get out of hand, and next thing, we've done ourselves a whole heap of damage.
Sleep, Exercise, and caring for ourselves externally is 50% of health success!
It pays to find out what is needed. The level of information we have available at our fingertips these days is nothing short of remarkable. There is only one way to find out what is too much and what is too little.
Research!
Learn as much as you can and grow in your understanding. Support your mind so it can be in control your body. Don't give up that control by ignoring it. When the arrangement is weighted in this way, where the mind controls the body instead of the body controlling the mind, a sense of well-being flows naturally. Doing it the other way, where we are constantly responding to things breaking down with our body has the opposite effect. We are designed to be pro-active. Therefore we need to work with the natural order of things instead of against them. This means learning how to exercise our bodies without damaging them and massaging for maintenance and body repair.
The panels either side have some reference works to help us do exactly that. Take the time to sit down, put your feet up and open your mind. You won't be sorry.
One of the most remarkable processes for maintaining our balance and identifying areas of weakness, is the ancient art of CUPPING. This practice, when accompanied by massage therapies has an amazing recuperative and maintenance effect on our well-being.

You can learn about CUPPING and it's benefits from literature.
In essence, it really allows the body to focus its energy in key areas and to let the body's own systems do the jobs they were designed to do. The glass "cups" are applied after the air in them is warmed and as they cool, the air pressure inside them drops and creates a suction on the skin. This concentrates the body's chemical systems in these areas and they do whet they do best. The secret to their success is knowing where to apply the cups. This is a skill that can be aquired from learning and practice.
